You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. To stay within this window, your return must be shipped back to us within this 7-day period. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

  • Security Tag Intact: The KELLYLUX Security Tag must remain attached to the item. If this tag is removed or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for a return.

  • Original Condition: The bag must be in the exact condition in which it was received. It must show no new signs of wear, marks, or odors (such as perfume or smoke).

  • Complete Inclusions: All original accessories provided at the time of sale—including dust bags, authenticity cards, straps, and care booklets—must be included in the return.
