Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States.
2. Processing & Delivery Time

3. Shipping Rates

4. Security & Signature Requirement
Because we deal in high-value luxury designer goods, all KELLYLUX shipments require a physical signature upon delivery. * This ensures your bag is handed directly to you and not left unattended on a doorstep.

5. Shipping Insurance
Every package sent by KELLYLUX is fully insured for its replacement value during transit. In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged by the carrier before delivery, you are fully protected.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. KELLYLUX is not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for security reasons.
7. Delayed Shipments
While we guarantee a maximum 7-day delivery window under normal circumstances, please note that carrier delays (due to weather or peak holiday seasons) are outside of our control. We will work with you to track and resolve any significant delays.
